1.Stability and Secure Attachment:
- Check that the railing is securely attached to the structure or supporting elements, such as walls, posts, or balusters.
- Verify that the attachment points are structurally sound and free from signs of corrosion, rust, or deterioration.
- Ensure there is minimal movement or wobbling when applying pressure to the railing, indicating its stability. The railing should support 200 lbs. of force in any direction for single-unit balconies & 400 lbs. for double-unit balconies
